Structural damage to School building. The school building was damaged as a result of the excavation work for a new building on an adjacent lot. We represented the client and performed an inspection of the damage and provided an evaluation and repair plan to the client while monitoring repair progress thru its completion. Bronx , NY

Damaged Apartment Building – Brooklyn NY

Damaged 7 story residential building structurally damaged and compromised due to excavation work on a new building on the adjacent lot. The building sustained significant damage over a period of time and required extensive stabilization work.
